About our School Event service

There are few events as special as a graduation or valedictory and we devote all of our resources to ensure that your guests receive the best photographic service possible.

On the night of the function, our team of professional photographers circulates through the room and takes pictures of families, groups of friends and as requested. We also take pictures of any presentations or other special awards. By early the next day all photos taken are available from this web site for viewing and ordering. Click here to see how it works.

Depending on the location, size and date of your event, we may also be able to bring the finished 13 x 18 cm prints back to the venue before the function is over. In this case we simply sell the photos directly to your guests. Please see the back-on-the-night section. This service also includes the provision of custom printed presentation folders with your schools crest on the cover. There are no costs involved in having us attend your function and there is no obligation on anyone to buy their photo. Whether we bring the photos back to the function or not, they will still be available from this site the day after the event.
